This piece is part of my Feathered Friends collection, where relationships and presence often take center stage. There’s a strength and rhythm to these birds, a sense of partnership that feels grounded and real. They move through their world with purpose, side by side, each aware of the other, creating a quiet but powerful connection.

This work begins as an original painting and is reproduced on archival paper, then mounted to a tin ceiling tile with a hand-painted, antiqued border. Made using ceiling tiles produced from original late nineteenth-century dies, each piece carries a sense of history while remaining bright, bold, and full of joy. As far as I know, there’s nothing else like them anywhere.
